klp48 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the klp48 platform and is binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read it carefully before registering or accessing any part of the platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all klp48 users in Malaysia.
1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the klp48 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the klp48 platform.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you:
- Registering a new account on klp48;
- Logging in to an existing account;
- Making any deposit, withdrawal, or financial transaction;
- Using any feature or service on the platform.
The klp48 platform is a service available exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where such services are permitted.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on klp48. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances either returned or forfeited at the platform's discretion. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. klp48 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. You must notify the klp48 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the klp48 platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to manipulate the betting system, exploit technical errors, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination.
3Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the klp48 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Foreign currencies are not accepted directly, and any conversion required is the user's own responsibility.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the klp48 account holder.
- Deposits from third parties or using another person's bank account are not permitted.
- The minimum deposit amount is as specified in your account's deposit section and is subject to change from time to time.
- Klp48 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing high-value deposits.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account whose registered name matches the klp48 account registration name.
- Your first withdrawal may require identity verification via supporting documents.
- Klp48 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations.
- Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and depend on the method used and bank business hours.
4Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure
Klp48 reserves the right to suspend, temporarily restrict, or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- There is suspicious, abnormal, or suspected fraudulent activity on the account;
- User has registered multiple accounts;
- Registration information provided is found to be false or misleading;
- Account has been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform;
- A directive has been issued by the relevant authorities.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, klp48 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation and a final platform decision. 5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Klp48 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary loss of access, or odds inaccuracies caused by factors beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their wagering decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the klp48 platform are the property of klp48 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from klp48.
Third-Party Links
The klp48 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers (such as live casino game providers). klp48 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
Klp48 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to klp48's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the platform, and where necessary, through a recognised dispute resolution mechanism.
